1. Key metrics:

  • Posts - The number of posts published in the selected time period.
  • Engagement - The sum of reactions, comments, and shares received for the posts published in the selected time period.
  • Fans growth - The difference in fan count between the end date and the start date of the selected time period. We only have the fan count from the day someone first adds the page in Socialinsider.
  • Average engagement - The engagement of the posts (the sum of reactions, comments, and shares) divided by the number of posts published in the selected time period.
  • Average engagement rate/ post - The average engagement of the posts divided by the number of fans the page has all multiplied by 100.
  • Engagement rate/ page - Percentage of the fan base of the page that engaged with the posts in the selected time period.

  • Organic page reach -  The number of people who had any of your page’s organic content (posts, stories, check-ins, ads, and more) entering their screen in the selected time period. This metric shows the reach for the organic posts.
  • Paid page reach - The number of people who had any of your page’s boosted content (posts, stories, check-ins, ads, and more) entering their screen in the selected time period. This metric shows the reach for the boosted posts.
  • Reach/ followers rate - The percentage of fans reached by your page’s content. This is calculated as the page reach divided by the fan count.
  • Best time to post by impressions - When is the best time to post to get impressions? The chart shows the best time to post on Facebook to get the most impressions based on the insights from the selected time period.
  • Day with most impressions - The best day to post on Facebook to get the most impressions.
  • Hour with most impressions - The best hour to post on Facebook to get the most impressions.
  • Total page impressions - The number of times any content from your page or about your page entered a person’s screen in the selected time period. This includes posts, stories, check-ins, ads, social information from people who interact with your page, and more. This metric includes the impressions for all the posts (boosted posts and organic posts).
  • Organic impressions - The number of times any organic content from your page or about your page entered a person’s screen in the selected time period. This includes posts, stories, check-ins, ads, social information from people who interact with your page, and more. This metric includes only the impressions for the organic posts.
  • Paid impressions - The number of times any paid content from your page or about your page entered a person’s screen in the selected time period. This includes posts, stories, check-ins, ads, social information from people who interact with your page, and more. This metric includes only the impressions for the boosted posts.
  • Engagement per reach rate - This is calculated as the number of posts engagement divided by the number of reached people.
  • Engagement rate impressions - It represents the total engagement on a post divided by the total number of impressions, all multiplied by 100.
  • Engagement rate impressions/ post - It represents the engagement rate impressions divided by the total number of posts. This means that this metric is calculated as the total engagement on a post divided by the total number of impressions, all multiplied by 100. The result is then divided by the total number of posts.
  • Posts by type - What type of content did the page publish? The number of photos, albums, videos, links, statuses, and events published in the selected time period.

  • Day with the highest engagement - The best day to post on Facebook to get a higher engagement.
  • Hour with the highest engagement - The best hour to post on Facebook to get a higher engagement.
