How often is the data refreshed?

We get the info for each post of every page or profile 4 times / day for the first 30 days after the post was published.

This means that some inconsistencies may arise in the dashboard or reports in the cases in which:

• the post is boosted after this period - so it gets more engagement
• the post gets reactions / comments after these first 7 days

Around 0.01% of posts see this happening.

So if you observe this - please let us know and we will manually schedule a data refresh for that given page in the specific interval.
