We love YouTube as much as you do, and we also know that YouTube analytics is something we all want to look at.

To get the data, you have to add the YouTube channel to your Socialinsider project.

That’s very easy to do.

Step 1: Go to "Add Social Profile"

Step 2: Type the link in the search bar

Step 3: Click on "Add profile"

That’s it! You will see the YouTube channel in the list of profiles.

But sometimes, it might take a while to add the channel that you want.

As you can see in the picture below, I was looking for National Geographic’s channel. I got the link for the YouTube channel, but Socialinsider can’t find the channel I wanted.

If your YouTube channel link looks like this - https://www.youtube.com/c/NatGeo - with a “c” in the link, follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to any video from that channel

Choose a video on YouTube

Step 2: Under the video, you will see the name of the channel. Click on the icon

Click on the YouTube icon of the channel

You will be directed to the YouTube channel with the right link.

Step 3: Copy that link and add it to your Socialinsider project

Step 4: Click on "Add profile"

As you can see, this link was the right one.
