July 2026

Your reports are learning new languages

Written by Diana Gogolan

This month was all about making the product a little more multilingual. 💚 And honestly, this update fits very nicely with what reporting actually is.

Because a report is rarely just a report. It’s something you send to a client, a manager, a regional team, a stakeholder who wants the short version, or someone who absolutely does not have time to decode both the data and the language around it.

So in July, we focused on making Socialinsider feel a little more local, a little more accessible, and a lot easier to share. 🙌

Multi-language dashboard 🌍

You can now use the Socialinsider dashboard in multiple languages. 🌟

This means the app experience is no longer locked only in English, making it easier for more teams to navigate their data, understand metrics, and work inside Socialinsider in the language that feels most natural to them.

→ Why you’ll care:

  • Easier onboarding for international teams

  • Less internal explaining when someone is not used to English-first analytics tools

  • A smoother experience for clients, regional teams, and collaborators

  • More clarity when navigating dashboards, sections, and metrics

This is especially helpful if your team works across markets, or if you manage social media reporting for clients in different countries. 🗺️

You can change the language of your dashboard from 'account settings' 👇

Multi-language reports 📊

The multi-language experience also extends to reports. 🌟

You can now generate reports in multiple languages, making it easier to send client-ready or stakeholder-ready materials without doing the translation work manually after export.

→ Why you’ll care:

  • Faster reporting for international clients

  • More polished deliverables for local teams

  • Less copy-pasting, editing, translating, and second-guessing

  • Reports that feel closer to the audience reading them

This is one of those updates that may sound simple at first, but can save a lot of time if you’re reporting across multiple regions or languages. 🥹

💡 The reports are in the same language as your dashboard. This means that if you change the app language, then the reports will follow.

Instead of exporting a report, translating pieces of it, rechecking labels, adjusting wording, and hoping nothing sounds weird, you can start with a version that already speaks your audience’s language.

Small emotional win. Big operational win. 🙌
