March 2026

Little wins that save you time and a few sighs a day

Written by Diana Gogolan
Updated today

March was... a lot.

We had useful little wins (the kind that save you 10 minutes and 3 sighs per day), we have an app glow-up coming soon, and we got fresh Facebook benchmark data that will either validate your reporting… or politely humble it.

Until then, here's what's new in March.

Profile Country

You can now assign a Country to each profile, and it will show up in your CSV exports for posts.

→ Why you’ll care:

  • When you export posts from multiple profiles, you can instantly see which profile-country each post belongs to

  • Less cleanup, fewer “wait, which market is this from?” moments

  • Cleaner handoffs when reports move between teams/ clients

→ Where to find it:

  • In the Home section, each profile has an ‘edit’ button

  • Select the country from the dropdown

💡 Tip: If you manage profiles across multiple markets, set the country for each one once - it’ll make your exports easier to filter and your reports faster to build.

Socialinsider AI Guide - right in the app

We added the Socialinsider AI Guide right in the app, so you can access it anytime you need a quick refresher (or want to explore what it can do).

→ Why it helps:

  • Faster onboarding (and fewer “where do I find this?” moments)

  • Clear examples of what to ask and how to get useful outputs

  • A handy reference you can revisit whenever you’re stuck

🙌 The goal is simple: help you get answers while you’re working, not after a detour through docs.

The Social Media Stress Ladder

We launched a new interactive tool last week: The Social Media Stress Ladder 🪜

It’s a quick, slightly-too-relatable way to figure out what kind of social media stress you’re currently dealing with - and what to do next.

🎉 Fun tip: Take it with your team and compare results - then pick one low-effort “stress-reducer” to try this week (bonus points if it’s a post you can schedule and forget about).

🚀 Product Improvements

Facebook Stories are so back ✅

We fixed a few issues with Facebook Stories, and they’re now available in the app again.

If you notice any inconsistencies, please let us know - the more details you can share (profile, date range, and what looks off), the faster we can investigate.
