Each Socialinsider plan (as well as the free trial) includes a fixed number of new social profiles that you can exchange into your account.

The addition of new profiles is computed within a 30-day timeframe, which means that each addition is reset after 30 days.

Consider the following scenario:

Let’s say you have subscribed to a plan that includes 20 social profiles and 10 monthly swaps. You’ve been monitoring the same 20 profiles for quite some time. You eventually decide that you no longer need to analyze 10 of them. You can remove all 10 profiles from your account and add other 10 profiles.
