How to invite team members
Here’s how to invite your team to Socialinsider:
Go to your Socialinsider account.
Go to the Team section.
3. Add your teammate’s email address.
4. Send the invitation.
Your teammate will receive an email invitation and will be able to create their own login for your Socialinsider account.
You can also select the 'read only' access. This means that your teammate will only be able to read the data in Socialinsider, without the ability to add or connect other profiles.
What happens after you invite someone?
Once invited, your teammate will be able to access Socialinsider using their own credentials.
This means they don’t need to use your login details. They can enter the account separately and start using the product based on the access available for your plan.
When should you use the Team feature?
You should invite team members whenever more than one person needs to use Socialinsider.
For example, the Team feature is useful when:
