How to Manage Your Additional Profiles

Learn how to manage additional profile slots in your subscription with our new self-service feature.

We're excited to introduce our new self-service feature that gives you complete control over your profile management! Now you can easily add or remove additional profiles directly from your account without contacting support.

What Are Additional Profiles?

Your subscription plan comes with a set number of base profiles. Additional profiles are extra slots you can purchase in blocks of 5 to track more competitors and gain deeper insights.

Where Can I Purchase Additional Profiles?

You can access the profile management options from several convenient locations:

  • Add Social Profiles Page: Look for the "Buy More Profiles" button in the top-right corner when you've reached your profile limit.

  • Subscription Details Page: Find the "Buy More Profiles" button next to your profile count display.

  • Subscription Management Page: Access the "Manage Add-ons" card to modify your additional profiles.

How to Add More Profiles

1. Click the "Buy More Profiles" button from any of the locations mentioned above.

2. A modal window will appear showing:

  • Your base plan profiles

  • Any additional profiles you currently have

  • Controls to add more profiles

3. Use the plus (+) button to increase the number of additional profiles you want to purchase. Remember, additional profiles are added in blocks of 5.

4. The right panel will show your updated pricing:

  • Base plan cost

  • Additional profiles cost

  • Total amount

5. Click "Continue to payment" to complete your purchase.

6. Verify the final details and click on "Confirm purchase".

6. After your payment is processed, you'll see a confirmation message, and your new profiles will be immediately available for use!

How to Remove Additional Profiles

Before removing additional profiles from your subscription, please note that you must first delete them from your dashboard if they're currently in use.

  1. Navigate to the Subscription Management page and click "Manage Add-ons" or access the modal from any of the locations mentioned earlier.

  2. In the modal window, use the minus (-) button to decrease your additional profiles.

  3. If you're trying to remove profiles that are currently in use, you'll see a warning banner. You'll need to delete those profiles from your dashboard first.

  4. Once you've selected the number of profiles to remove, click "Save changes" to apply your changes.

  5. Your subscription will be updated, and your next billing cycle will reflect the changes.

Important Notes

  • Additional profiles can only be added or removed in blocks of 5.

  • You cannot remove the base profiles included in your subscription plan.

  • Profile changes take effect immediately after processing payment or saving changes.

  • If you have an annual subscription, additional profiles will be prorated accordingly.
