Every Socialinsider plan includes a profile capacity and monthly profile replacements to give you flexibility in managing which social profiles you track.
Understanding the System
Your plan includes two key limits:
Profile Capacity: The maximum number of profiles you can track simultaneously (for example, 20 profiles)
Monthly Profile Replacements: How many profiles you can delete and replace each month (for example, 10 monthly replacements)
This means if your plan includes 20 profile capacity and 10 monthly replacements, you can track up to 30 different profiles per month total, but only 20 at the same time.
How It Works
When managing your profiles, you'll see three categories in your dashboard:
Using: Profiles currently active in your account and being tracked right now
Remaining: Empty profile slots available to add new profiles
Used: Profiles you've deleted during the current monthly cycle, which count toward your monthly replacement limit
How Deletions Work
Each time you delete a profile from your account, it counts toward your monthly replacement limit. You can always delete profiles, but once you reach your replacement limit, you won't be able to add new profiles until your replacements reset.
See It in Action
Scenario 1: Standard Replacement
Let's say your plan includes 20 profile capacity and 10 monthly replacements.
You're currently tracking 15 profiles - these are the ones already available in your account
You then delete 5 profiles ⇒ you now have 10 profiles using, with 10 remaining slots available
Your monthly replacements show 5 used, with 5 remaining
You can add up to 10 new profiles (filling all your remaining slots), but remember that you can only delete and replace 5 more profiles this month.
Scenario 2: Reaching Your Limit
You're tracking 15 profiles
You delete 12 profiles throughout the month ⇒ You now have 3 profiles active in your account
Your monthly replacements show 12 used (you've exceeded your 10 replacement limit by 2)
At this point, you can add 15 new profiles (as shown in the 'remaining' tooltip), bringing your total to 18 active profiles. Combined with the 12 you deleted, you've tracked 30 profiles total this month.
However, since you've exceeded your monthly replacement limit, you won't be able to add any new profiles after deleting these.
When Replacements Reset
Your monthly profile replacements reset on your subscription renewal date each month.
For monthly subscriptions, this is straightforward: if your billing date is the 15th, your replacements reset on the 15th of every month.
For yearly subscriptions, your profile replacements still reset monthly on the same day as your annual renewal. For example, if your annual subscription renews on July 18, 2026, your profile replacements reset on the 18th of every month.
Managing Your Limits
Check Your Usage
You can view your current profile usage and replacement status in the Plan Usage section of your dashboard under Subscription Details. This shows:
How many profiles you're currently using
How many profiles you've deleted this month
How many empty slots remain available
When your next replacement reset occurs
Need More Flexibility?
If you need more capacity before your next reset, you have several options:
Reset Monthly Replacements: Pay a one-time fee to immediately reset your replacement quota without waiting for your billing cycle
Purchase Additional Monthly Replacements: Increase your monthly replacement limit as an add-on to your plan
Add More Profiles: Increase your profile capacity to track more profiles simultaneously
You can manage all these options through the Buy Add-ons button in your Subscription Details.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I delete all my profiles?
Yes, you can delete as many profiles as you want from your account at any time. However, once you reach your monthly replacement limit, you won't be able to add new profiles until your replacements reset or you purchase a reset.
What happens if I delete more profiles than my replacement limit?
You can still delete profiles beyond your limit, but you won't be able to add new profiles to replace them until your next reset. The system will clearly show how many replacements you've used versus your limit.
Do empty slots count toward my replacement limit?
No. Adding profiles to empty slots (remaining capacity) doesn't consume your monthly replacements. Only deletions count toward your replacement limit, and only when you want to add new profiles in place of deleted ones.
